16th Annual Home Garden Tour & Luncheon is July 24, 2010 Tickets on Sale Now
Rotary Botanical Gardens’ 16th Annual Home Garden Tour & Luncheon will be held July 24, 10 am until 4 pm (rain or shine) in Janesville. Home Garden Tour & Luncheon gives gardening enthusiasts an opportunity to view some of Janesville’s most beautiful home gardens.
This wonderful event is meant to inspire all attendees with an interest in gardening, whether they are beginners or advanced gardeners, with exciting and sometimes unusual plants, landscape features and a host of new ideas. Seven unique and wonderful home gardens can be explored as part of this event, with Rotary Botanical Gardens being the eighth destination.
Ticket booklets are $10 in advance and $12 the day of the event, at Rotary Botanical Gardens (RBG) and K & W Greenery in Janesville. The booklet will also serve as a one-day entry pass into RBG for that day only (July 24).
There will also be a luncheon option available for this event. Luncheon tickets ($15) will only be on sale at the Gardens. A catered box lunch will be served on the Rotary Botanical Garden’s Terrace between 11 am and 1 pm on the day of the event. The menu for the luncheon includes: chicken salad or egg salad on croissant, European red cabbage salad, Mediterranean macaroni salad, Mississippi mud brownies and beverages. The Home Garden Tour is a vital fundraiser for Rotary Botanical Gardens and all proceeds from this event benefit the continued operation and improvement of the Gardens.
