You can now shop the works of artists from Janesville, Rock County and throughout Wisconsin who will be displaying their work. Whether you are looking for a small gift for a friend or a larger souvenir to commemorate your visit, you will find it all. Ice cream, snacks and refreshments will continue to be offered, too!
Rotary Botanical Gardens is pleased to offer these items to promote and support local art. We are happy to accommodate special groups. Your visit to the Cottage Garden Gallery is always free – no admission is charged to stop and shop!

Interested in displaying and selling your artwork at Rotary Botanical Gardens? Email the Cottage Garden Gallery, with your name, contact information and a brief description of your art. The committee will then be in contact with you.
Cottage Garden Gallery is an advocate for community art awareness and educational programs and will display and sell art based upon the guidelines of the artist selection process with the jury committee. The gallery is open to all original works of art consistent with photos submitted with the application. All art will be reviewed by the jury committee to determine appropriateness and merit and will be accepted or rejected. The decision of t
he jury committee is final. Criteria will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Size of art
- Price of art
- Original concept, design and execution
- Consistency with photos submitted with application
- Unique, hand-crafted and collectible
- Medium aligned with gallery theme
- Comparison to other works already represented
- Availability of art work and proximity of artist to the gallery
Art will also vary seasonally. At the current time, the Cottage Garden Gallery is not accepting any painting (acrylic-oils or watercolors), clothing, knit or crochet items.
