Education
Rotary Botanical Gardens offers a variety of traditional educational programs throughout the year for youth, schools, families, and adults. Many programs are offered in conjunction with Rock County UW-Extension, giving the Gardens a community outreach component not readily found in other botanical institutions of its size.
Education Programs at the Gardens
For Adults
- Lectures: Thursday Evenings at the Gardens and more
- Workshops: Hands-on activities
- Master Gardener Volunteer Training: offered by Rock County UW-Extension
For Children & Families
- Elementary School Programs: variety of programs for area schools- fall, winter, spring
- Story Hour: Youngsters (under 6) can enjoy a story, snack and tour of the garden

- Horticulture Therapy: making the Gardens accessible and relavent to everyone
