Join bulb expert Brent Heath as he explains how to expertly weave summer bulbs into the landscape to create tropical garden getaways or the ultimate container garden. Then, get your hands dirty and plant your own “Light Up the Night” fragrant container with lilies, gladioli, calla lilies, dahlias and oxalis. All container materials/bulbs included. Workshop followed by a book signing and book sales. (Bulbs subject to availability. If necessary, comparable substitutions may be made.)

Milk-based Herbal Soap-making Workshop

Join herbalist Linda Conroy for a wonderful afternoon of making soap from scratch. After a brief over-view of the process, students will dive right into making their own soap with whole herbs as well as fresh goat milk. Participants will leave with recipes, 6-9 bars of soap and the confidence to handle this process safely and wisely at home. All materials provided.
