Join us as we connect mind, body, and soul in a relaxing garden environment.
This is an all-levels class combining breath and movement to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and relax the mind.
Beginners and advanced yogis are all welcome as modifications allow for students to add or take away layers in each pose.
Cues and verbal assists ensure that you feel confident in each pose to help develop a strong personal practice.
Please bring your own yoga mat and props to make your practice as comfortable as possible. Blocks will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
