About the speaker
Lizzie Menz, a vibrant creative visionary from Afton, Wisconsin, discovered her passion for helping others while living on a Mediterranean island, which led her to become a Master Life Coach.
With a diverse professional background, Lizzie has excelled in various roles, from mechanical drafter to graphic designer, enhancing her ability to connect with people. In her forties, she found healing through acrylic painting, and in her fifties, she embraced sobriety, remarried, and launched her coaching business.
Now, Lizzie inspires others through workshops and her TV show, “Loving Life Creatively with Lizzie Menz,” encouraging people to embrace their creativity and achieve their goals.
