Connect mind, body, and soul in a relaxing garden environment

Theresa Mannion

Theresa Mannion of Bloom Organic Hair Salon

The goal of Restorative Yin Yoga is to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and flexibility for all.

We will start with some deeper Yin Yoga poses which are held for longer periods to allow for profound relaxation. Some benefits of Yin Yoga are increasing your overall flexibility, improving circulation, enhancing the range of motion of your joints and ligaments, and encouraging you to connect with your breath.

We will end the class with restorative style yoga with the abundant use of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body and reduce strain.

Restorative yoga is a passive and meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. This class is perfect for all levels, including beginners and is great for anyone who wants to release and relax.

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
