This all-levels friendly Vinyasa Yoga class is a dynamic and high-energy practice that builds heat in the body, develops strength, and stimulates the cardiovascular system. Theresa will offer modifications, so the class is suitable for all.
This class includes breathwork, warm-up, Vinyasa flow, cool down, and meditation. We will utilize controlled and conscious breathing to help you relax and improve your fitness. Vinyasa Yoga improves strength and flexibility, increases cardiovascular health, reduces stress and anxiety, improves balance and coordination, and promotes mindfulness and self-awareness.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat.

Online registration ends at 8 a.m. on the day before each class. After that time, please call RBG at 608-752-3885 to inquire about availability. If space is available, you’ll pay the registration fee at the door.
