Join us as we connect mind, body, and soul in a relaxing garden environment.

Vinyasa with Vanessa is a slow Vinyasa style class with modifications offered. Connecting our breath to each movement. We will begin slow and gentle before building heat into the body and finishing with gentle stretches.

Suitable for everyone. All ages welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.

• $7/class for Rotary Botanical Gardens members
• $12/class for non-members

Participants signing up in advance please be sure to check-in at the admissions desk before heading into the Gardens.

Online registration ends at 8 a.m. on the day before each class. After this time, please call RBG at 608-752-3885 to inquire about availability. If space is available, you’ll pay the registration fee at the door.
