A monthly summer series with Jen Carew, inviting you to let go of the busyness of life and mindfully connect with nature.
Each session has a unique focus and will include a mindful walk through the Gardens and guided meditation inspired by the natural surroundings.
Suitable for everyone. All Experience levels welcome.
