Rotary Botanical Gardens is a vibrant, inspirational destination for all. Whether you’re quietly strolling through one of 26 themed gardens, enjoying a class, or delighting in the discoveries of children at play, you will find the Garden’s beauty and offerings to be boundless.

Your membership is meaningful. Because Rotary Botanical Gardens receives no city, state, or federal tax dollars, Friends Memberships contribute significantly to our continued success.

Member Benefits

All members enjoy the following exclusive benefits, in addition to the benefits unique to their membership level:

  • Free general admission.
  • Free/discounted admission at over 365+ gardens and arboreta across the U.S and Canada.
  • Memberships admit any combination of adults and children age 6 and above. Children under age 6 are always free.
  • Exclusive invitations to Members-Only Events (Holiday Light Show opening night etc.).
  • Members only rates on select events and programs.

Membership Levels

A Friends Membership is a great value and comes with a year full of benefits (click each level name to reveal its benefits):

Individual ($40/year)

  • Admission for 1 individual
  • Best for singles, teachers, and students

Friend +1 ($60/year)

  • Admission for 2 individuals
  • Best for households of two or bringing a guest

Friend Family ($80/year)

  • Admission for up to 4 individuals
  • Best for families or bringing guests

Friend Family Supporter +2 ($120/year)

  • Admission for up to 6 individuals
  • Best for families, hosting, and charitable giving

How can I purchase or renew a membership?

You can purchase a membership online for yourself or as a gift, or on-site in the Garden Gallery.

Can I apply the admission tickets I purchased toward membership?

If you have purchased regular-priced admission to the Garden, during your visit, the ticket price can be applied to the cost of a membership:

  • The cost of 1 regular-priced ticket can be applied toward the purchase of an Individual Friend Membership.
  • The cost of 2 regular-priced tickets can be applied towards the purchase of a Friend+1 Membership.
  • The cost of 4 regular-priced tickets can be applied towards the purchase of a Friend Family Membership.
  • The cost of 6 regular-priced tickets can be applied toward the purchase of a Family Supporter Membership.
  • The cost of 10 regular-priced tickets can be applied toward the purchase of a Patron Membership.

If you didn’t have a chance to stop by a ticket window, you can still trade in your tickets for up to 7 days after the ticket date.

When can I begin using my member benefits?

Member admission and discounts can be used immediately upon purchase of Membership.

If you purchased/renewed a membership in person, please keep the receipt of purchase to present to admissions.

If you purchased/ renewed a membership online, please bring a valid photo ID with you and a staff member can look you up in our member database. If you want to use your discounts at area businesses or other gardens/ arboreta, bring a print out or screenshot of your membership confirmation email.

When will I receive my membership card(s)?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your membership materials. We will assume all proper materials have been received unless notified. Please contact our staff if you have not received your Membership materials 3 weeks after purchase.

How many cards will I receive?

Individual Friend will receive one Membership card.

Memberships that include two or more individuals will receive at most two Membership Cards, one for each adult named on the Membership.
