We’re taking it back to nature this summer! Join us as we connect mind, body, and soul in a relaxing garden space.
A slow Vinyasa style class with modifications offered. Connecting our breath to each movement. We will begin slow and gentle before building heat into the body, and finishing with gentle stretches.
This class is suitable for everyone. All levels welcome.
Note: Please bring your own yoga mat.
