Design a pollinator garden to suit your yard

In this workshop, led by Ann Pedder Reilly, you will design your own pollinator garden and learn how the anatomy of pollinators and the structure of pollinator plants interact.

This knowledge will help you choose the pollinators you want to invite to your garden and to select the proper plants. You will design a pollinator garden to suit one or more specific locations in your yard.

Participants in the Designing Workshop will have activities to complete before the class date that will need to be brought to class. Attendees will receive these materials two weeks before the date of the workshop.

• Location: Rotary Botanical Gardens
• Date and Time: Saturday, April 20 from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
• Registration Cost: $20 for RBG members; $25 for non-members
  • Or, save $$$ when you sign up for both this event and its counterpart, Exploring the Urban Pollinator Garden, to be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 20.
  • If attending both events, participants are welcome to bring lunch and eat at the gardens during the hour break or head downtown and enjoy a bite to eat.
